The inspectors of the state fire inspection found violations in the sale of pyrotechnics
During the inspection were studied: the contract for the service of fire alarm, acts of inspection of fire alarm, technical documentation, which includes certificates for products sold, logs, logs of primary fire extinguishing, storage conditions of pyrotechnic products, the presence and condition of primary fire extinguishing means and other requirements of the law.
Violation of fire safety requirements, committed in a special fire regime (part 2 of article 20.4 of the administrative Code) provides for the imposition of an administrative fine:
- for citizens in the amount of two thousand to four thousand rubles;
- on officials - from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles;
- for persons engaged in business activities without a legal entity - from thirty thousand to forty thousand rubles;
- for legal entities - from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.
