On April 26, Russia celebrates the Day of Participants in the Elimination of the Consequences of Radiation Accidents and Disasters and the memory of the victims of these Accidents and Disasters. Previously, this day was called "The Day of Remembrance of those who died in Radiation accidents and Catastrophes." However, according to the law of April 4, 2012, signed by the President of Russia, the name was changed in order not only to honor the memory of the dead, but also to honor the living liquidators.
Based on the results of their professional activities in 2025, the Commission of the Personnel council for personnel policy at the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan identified state civil servants for inclusion on the Electronic honor board of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan, among them State adviser of the Republic of Tatarstan 1st Class DEMCHAK Evgeny Borisovich, Head of the Information Department of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the Almetyevsk search and rescue center conducted a preventive event for students of one of the city's schools. The lesson took place on the basis of a school in the Maktama neighborhood. Rescuers organized a thematic conversation for children on the rules of safe behavior in the spring, including on water bodies. Special attention was paid to the danger of going out on melting ice, the inadmissibility of playing near reservoirs and the algorithm of actions in an emergency situation.
During the reporting period, 43639 calls were accepted and processed, and 35,513 incident cards were created. To date, about 65% of calls are received by the republic's emergency operational services.
