Thanks to the diagnosis of the emotional sphere of each employee, it is possible to identify growth areas in self-control, empathy and social sensitivity. Thus, the foundation is laid for the development of specific tools and techniques for improving emotional competencies.

In January 2026, a series of gatherings of citizens took place in the districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, which became an important platform for direct communication between the population and employees of the state-owned institution "Fire Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan".
