Fire Tactical Drill Was Held in Zelenodolsk Forestry

Improving firefighting skills and working out the interaction of firefighters and forest workers during the elimination of burnings and fires in forests — these were the main objectives of the drill organized in Zelenodolsk plot of forestry.
Rescuers of ZSRU No. 1 (Buinsk), part of the structure of the State-owned Institution "Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan", conducted a series of preventive lectures for cadets of the Tetyushsky State college of civil protection. As part of these events, key aspects of safety in conditions of extremely low temperatures and the peculiarities of behavior in reservoirs in winter were highlighted. These events are aimed at raising students' awareness and readiness to act in potentially dangerous situations, which is an important element of their professional training.
The "dive" for the young guests began with mandatory safety briefings. In an area where powerful machines and sophisticated equipment came to life, each guest had to understand the importance of the rules so that the tour would go off without incident, leaving only vivid impressions.
To translate theory into action, firefighters regularly conduct practical exercises, their goal is to automate every step, ensuring the coherence and safety of the calculation. In the residential complex "Manor of Tsarevo" in the village of Novoe Shigaleevo, employees of the Kazan detachment of the Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted just such an activity.
A special lecture and diagnostics for employees of the Naberezhnye Chelny call center were devoted to "Soft power", emotional intelligence (EQ). The main goal of the event is a systematic approach to a critically important, but often intangible skill. Thanks to the diagnosis of the emotional sphere of each employee, it is possible to identify growth areas in self-control, empathy and social sensitivity. Thus, the foundation is laid for the development of specific tools and techniques for improving emotional competencies.
