Information Report of the Operational Headquarters of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Control of Flood Situation in the Republic of Tatarstan as of 10.00 AM 19.04.2018

A new stage in the life of graduates of kindergarten No. 43 began with vivid impressions. While preparing to become schoolchildren, they received an important and very exciting lesson – a lesson in fire safety.  

In order to ensure the safety of people's lives during the Russia–ASEAN summit in Kazan, a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan established a ban on the use of small vessels on the section of the Kazanka River from the 3rd transport dam to the Kirov Dam from 00:00 hours on June 17 to 24:00 hours on June 19, 2026.  

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Irek Kadamov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Republic of Tatarstan, was awarded the special rank of Major General of the Internal Service. As part of a working trip to Kazan, the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, ceremoniously presented shoulder straps to senior commanders.  

Alexander Kurenkov, the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, began his working trip to Tatarstan by inspecting the construction of a new training ground for firefighters and rescuers. Together with the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, he visited the work site in the Laishevsky district, near the villages of Gabishevo and Peschanye Kovali. The main events of the international salon "Integrated Security" will be held here, 15 kilometers from the Kazan-Expo exhibition center. The Minister talked with the builders and thanked them for their work. A fire station and an administrative building are currently being built on the site. The installation of a training complex is underway.
