The first victim of fishing on thin ice

Man has reported that under ice the fisherman has left. To the scene guard of the Separate post on duty of Raif, GIMS, operations group of Department of Internal Affairs have been directed. Divers of zone search and rescue group No. 2 of the city of Kazan have been involved to inspection of a bottom. Man died.
