The climax of the three-day education of schoolchildren at the courses of adaptation in hard life situations ‘The Instinct of Self-Preservation’ was an imitation of fire in the building of the republican center of sport, patriotism and pre-conscription training of youth ‘Patriot’, where students of senior classes from Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny were living and comprehending the basics of surviving. How to provide aid to yourself and an injured, what actions are necessary and what are unacceptable – about this the courses’ participants learned on the example of hysteroid and aggressive reaction, apathy, fear, anxiety and tears.
