    The family of the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin joined the campaign "Help to get ready for school!" and extended a helping hand to the large family of Ayrat Rakhmatullin, who lives in the village of Starye Yumraly of the Apastovsky municipal district.

    On August 12, on the beach of Lake Komsomol, two children swam behind buoys on an inflatable circle.  The older child was in the circle, the younger one stayed close, at some point the older one with the circle swam away from the younger child and began to sink.

    On August 12, on Bolshoe Lebyazhye beach, rescuers during a walk around the beach heard a girl calling for help 6-7 meters from the shore.
    Rescuers swam up to her at the same moment and helped her get to shore. She swallowed water, rescuers drained the water, the girl was conscious. An ambulance was called and handed over to the paramedics.

    The incident occurred at 10:07 on Bolshoe Lebyazhye beach in Kazan. The man in the water became ill.

    The State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that in the period from 09.00 to 17.00 on August 11 and from 4.30 to 13.00 on August 12, a ban is imposed on the use of small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, sports vessels on the section of the Kazanka River from the Kremlin transport Dam to the Millennium Bridge.

    The head of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, Mikhail Afanasyev, met with volunteer rescuer Pavel Matvey – the real hero who saved 11 people during the hurricane.
