People gathered near the memorial complex on the bank of the Volga near the village of Syukeevo, Kamskoe Ustye District. Relatives and those who survived came to honor the memory of the deceased on July 10, 2011. The memorial event was attended by the main state inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels, Yuri Venediktov, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM RT, Chief of the search and rescue service under EMERCOM RT, Ilham Nasibullin, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova, the Head of Kamskoe Ustye District, Pavel Lokhanov.

The championship of the Republic of Tatarstan on applied fire sports started today in the sports arena of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The strongest six teams of physical culture collectives of fire service from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Almetyevsk, which won zonal competitions, entered the contest for medals. Sportsmen who will demonstrate the best results will enter the team of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan for participating in Russian summer championship.

The regional stage of Silk Way Rally-2017 in Kazan started on July 9. At 9.00 AM, events of solemn meeting of participants began on the Millennium square. 19 items of technique, from which 2 fire and rescue motorcycles, and 69 people of subordinate departments of HQ EMERCOM RF for RT and EMERCOM RT involved in safety provision. Safety measures were taken in all municipal districts of Tatarstan, on the territories of which the rally’s route laid.

Including garbage extinguishing – 0, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 5, cooperation with other services – 6. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 1, outhouses – 2.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: residential sector – 1, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 1, vehicles – 1, various types of property – 1.

On July 5 and 6, competitions on applied fire sports took place in the first squad of federal fire service among fire and rescue departments of the squad. Total of 14 teams participated each consisting of 6 people. Deputy chief of FD-44, Ivan Plaksin, succeeded in the exercise with hook ladder (the fourth floor).

On July, 9 a stage of Silk Way Rally will pass on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. From departments of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan 19 items of technique, from which 2 fire and rescue motorcycles, and 69 people will involve in the event’s safety provision. The joint safety center will be deployed at the start spot.

Forces and means of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan involve in safety provision at the sports program of the III All-Russian Beach Games, which will take place from July 7 to 16. The program includes 13 kinds of sports. They will pass on 11 spots. The foreground task before the forces of GIMS of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and rescue formations of the search and rescue service under EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan is to provide safety to athletes during swimming. Other disciplines are held in indoor and open-air grounds.

As a result of continuous rains, two low water automobile bridges over river Sviyaga got into the zone of flood. The traffic on the bridges is closed. Bypasses exist. As well, there was organized the duty of the road service and the zonal search and rescue squad No. 1. Forces of rescuers of the 1st squad organized boat passage.

On July 8, 2017, on river Kazanka next to Kremlin quay, the water stage of the III All-Russian Beach Games is held. According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, on July 8 from 8.00 AM until 8.00 PM on the section of river Kazanka from Lenin dam to the crossroad of Chuykov and Gavrilov streets small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, sport vessels usage will be banned.
