Employees of the fire service, police together with experts of the executive committee go around emergency houses. Fires and ignitions in empty, semi-residential buildings are far from uncommon. In Zelenodolsk, 46 emergency and apartment buildings to be demolished are planned to be completely disconnected from gas, heat, water, electricity supply and sewage. These measures are explained in the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk district by the critical technical condition of the supporting structures and utility systems in emergency houses.

Including garbage extinguishing – 9, false alarms – 21, short circuit – 0, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 2, garden houses – 2, uninhabited buildings – 1, outhouses – 1, bathhouses – 2. 1 person was rescued, 1 person was injured, 1 person died.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1, garages – 1, bathhouses – 1, outhouses – 1. 1 person was rescued, 1 person was injured.

Brilliant knowledge on the subject of life safety baisics was shown today by students of Kazan Lyceum No. 145 during an open lesson on civil defense. The lesson was held at secondary school No. 60, where a base was created for teaching the subject of life safety skills for schoolchildren from all secondary schools of Aviastroitelny district. The pupils were divided into three groups according to their field of activity: working with radiation and chemical protection devices, providing first aid to a victim in conditions of clinical death, and complying with the standards for dressing personal protective equipment.

On October 12, a demonstration lesson was held in the 'Kvart' hotel complex in Kazan on the deployment of a temporary accommodation center (TAC) for people affected by possible emergency situations. Experts conducted an explanatory conversation about the goals and objectives of the drills and showed coordinated actions to receive the population, organize interaction with Kazan organizations on the provision of products, medical care and security of a facility.

The day before a working meeting was held with the participation of the head of the region, the mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aidar Metshin and the deputy head of the department for implementing authority in the field of civil defense of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Gareev with representatives of the civil defense headquarters of Nizhnekamsk municipal district and all involved services. A fire at 'Lenta', a collision of two boats, a traffic accident with the dead, and anthrax in a barn of the village of Bolshoe Afanasovo — all this happened in Nizhnekamsk as part of a civil defense training.

This was announced today during the work of the extended meeting of the regional expert-qualification commission of the Central Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia, which takes place in Kazan. Experts of the State Fire Supervision from the regions of Volga Federal District take part in the meeting, which will result in certification of existing employees of the Test Fire Laboratory. In addition, the expert committee also announced the winner in the nomination 'The best employee of the TFL'. It was also representative of the Republic of Tatarstan.
