Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 22, short circuit – 5, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: residential sector – 1, vans – 1,garden houses – 1, bathhouses – 1, abandoned buildings – 1. 1 person died.

According to the Department of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan, at night on October 9, 2018, in some places on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, a strong westerly, northwesterly wind will gust up to 15-18 m/s, in the evening on October 8 locally up to 23 m/s.

In Kazan, from October 11 to 12, 2018, an extended meeting of the regional expert-qualification commission of the Central Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia will be held. Experts of the State Fire Supervision from the regions of the Volga Federal District will take part in the meeting. It is expected that during the meeting the results of competitions for the titles 'Best Employee' and 'Best Forensic Expert Institution' of EMERCOM of Russia of Volga Federal District will be summed up.

Since October 1, in all schools of the republic, EMERCOM's employees organize cognitive classes for children on the basics of life safety. The event organizers show children the primary ways of providing medical care, rescue workers show all their equipment to children. During the classes, children are also given 'smart' booklets from EMERCOM, so that a 'hint' is always at hand in case of trouble.

Including garbage extinguishing – 8, false alarms – 16, short circuit – 4, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 4. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: residential sector – 2, garden houses – 1, outhouses – 3. 1 person died, 1 person was injured.

Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 12, short circuit – 2, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1.

According to the plan for the staff training on civil defense in Aktanysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, on October 2, the mobile station of FRD-103 was deployed, it is intended for evacuation of people and equipment in places of snow drifts and ice; heating and feeding passengers of regular and private cars caught in adverse weather conditions on the federal highway M7 'VOLGA'.

The decade dedicated to the Day of Older Persons is nearing completion. These days for the people of the 'golden age' congratulations sound, concerts, meetings and tea drinking are organized. Veterans of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan were not left without attention either. Employees of the 8th detachment of the Federal Fire Service over ten days visited more than a hundred of their retirees. One of the honored pensioners was Pavel Osokin.

Within the Decade dedicated to the Day of Older Persons, the head of the department of supervision and prevention for Laishevo municipal district Egor Fomin took part in a round table organized by the department of social protection with chairmen of public organizations of veterans of Laishevo district.
