In training gathering in Kazan the heads of departments of civil defence EMERCOM of RT and heads of service of municipal districts and urban districts of Tatarstan was attended.  Such meeting is held for the first time, so that colleagues from the regions of Tatarstan could exchange experience and solve working issues and problems, discussing them in a circle of like-minded people.

EMERCOM of Russia has developed a series of memos on safety for children and teenagers "Spasic recommends". It includes three types of publications – "fire safety", "transport safety" and "water safety".

Rescuers of SRW pulled the victim born in 2000 on the beach near the beach "Lower District" of Kazan, gave him first aid and called the ambulance. Thanks to competent actions of volunteers, he regained consciousness. Lifeguards emptied handed over the victim to the ambulance.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT departed by alert 107 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 35 fires, of them in private houses – 3 fires, in cars – 2 fires, in apartment buildings – 3 fires, in garages – 1 fire, in other objects for temporary stay of people – 1 time, in unused buildings – 2 fires, on other objects – 23 fires. 1 person was injured.

In 15.52 received a report about a fire at the Kazan gunpowder factory, burning the roof of 4-storey production building on an area of 300 sq. m. There are no dead and injured. There is no threat to gunpowder and explosives.

In Zainsk on the basis of 41 fire and rescue units (contractual) the final of the forty first Republican competitions among links of gas-smoke protection service of divisions of FPS created for the purpose of protection of property of the organizations from fires and carrying out rescue works on the contractual basis devoted to memory of the firefighters who died in the performance of official duties took place.

The Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work of the Salon with the presentation of the exhibition, which presented innovative solutions on the subject of "Smart city - Safe city", in the field of public notification, the functioning of "System 112", security during the preparation of the World championship on professional skills standards "WorldSkills" in Kazan in 2019.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT departed by alert 110 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 31 fires, of them residential sector - 9 fires, outhouses - 2 fire, vehicle fire -1, POIs - 19 fires. 2 people were injured.

On the river Volga opposite the sanatorium "Santa" near the village Borovoe Мatyushino, Laish MR overturned boat with people, two men gone under. The duty guard 120-SRS, inspectors of SISV and rescuers of zonal search and rescue group No. 2 was sent to the place of a call. When 1 of the rescued was on the shore in safety, firefighters gave him first aid and warmed. On a scene the diving group of No2 ZSRS, together with employees of SISV are directed. They have to find the body of the deceased yet.

As part of ensuring the safety of the Sabantuy holiday, the Main Department of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed and implemented a set of organizational and preventive measures to ensure fire safety of festive events.
