Including burning garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 35, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, singed meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 9, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, 1 of them in residential sector.
Causes are: violation of fire safety rules during electrical household appliance use – 1, violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 1, careless handling of fire – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 9 times. 1 person was saved.

On April 9 at 9:06 A.M., there was a report on falling of a suspended scaffold down from the level of the third floor in Naberezhnye Chelny City. All emergency services were called – firefighters of FD-56, ZPSO No.6 rescuers, three brigades of BSMP, police employees.

Round table of V Republican Youth Forum by the direction “The preparation of youth to actions in emergency and extreme situations” (Section “Safety”) took place on April 8 in KNRTU named after A. N. Tupolev – KAI. Section participants, invited experts, EMERCOM of RT representatives gathered at the round table. Discussions among themes: increasing the level of fire safety, teaching youth first aid provision in emergency situations, safe glazing, making accessible environment for people with limited capabilities in emergency situations.

How to save a gardening association from fire, how to stimulate activists of volunteer fire departments in them, and basic requirements of fire-prevention legislation – these and other problems were discussed at an educative seminar that was organized by the tatar republican department of civil society organization “VDPO” in cooperation with the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and “City Association of Gardeners” of Kazan City.
