Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 76 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 9, false alarms – 25, singed meal – 4, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 17, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including in the residential sector – 2.

Russian team “Dinamo-Masters” played its second match on water polo at FINA World Masters Championships with veterans from Italy. Our team which consists of Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of RT, Ilham Nasibullin, managed to break the resistance of the sportsmen from Apennines with the score 10:6. Except the leadership of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the Chief, Lieutenant General of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin, there was also Chairman of the Board of OGO FSO “Dinamo” of RT, Head of President Machinery of the Republic of Tatarstan, Asgat Safarov, who supported our team today.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 69 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 8, false alarms – 22, singed meal – 3, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 13 fires, including in the residential sector – 5, garden houses – 1, vehicles – 1, on objects of different forms of property – 1. 1 person was injured, 1 person was saved.

Today, all the leadership of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and other staff of the emergency department supported together the national water polo team of Russia “Dinamo-Masters” in the start match of the Russian with the team of Uzbekistan at the FINA World Masters Championships, because Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief of Search and Rescue Service Under EMERCOM RT, master of sports of USSR, Ilham Nasibullin, played in the “Dinamo-Masters” team. Our team won with the score 25:3.

An-148 of EMERCOM of Russia that executes aviation sanitary evacuation of two heavily ill citizens of the Russian Federation from Nepal to Moscow landed on the aerodrome Ramenskoye near Moscow. The ill citizens of Russia, 28 year old Kazanian, Ayrat Khamadeev, and his friend, 38 year old resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Grigory Andreev, were accompanied by medical specialists of State Central Aeromobile Rescue Squad “Centrospas” of EMERCOM of Russia and All-Russian Disaster Medicine Center “Zaschita” of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, a psychologists of Emergency Psychological Aid Center of EMERCOM of Russia.

Today, Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov acquainted with the process of harvesting campaign and inspected the building of several social objects in Kamsko-Ustyinsky Municipal District. He was accompanied by Deputy Prime-Minister of RT – Minister of Agriculture and Food of RT, Marat Akhmetov, Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for RT, Rafis Khabibullin, and the leader of the Executive Committee of Kamsko-Ustyinsky Municipal District, Pavel Lokhanov.

Today, mass swimming of sportsmen in the 3 km in a competition of World Masters Championships took place on river Kazanka. 380 sportsmen classified into 9 age groups went to the start each 20 minutes. Safety of the participants was provided by 182 people and 19 units of techniques, including 51 people on 18 swimming means from EMERCOM.

Mobile patrol crews which consist of GIMS state inspectors, rescuers of Kazan Search and Rescue Squad of EMERCOM of Russia and MIA employees, go on duty every day. Their main objective is not to allow violations of small ships navigation rules and conduct rules on the water. From the moment when the prohibition entered into force, the navigation in total of 129 small ships was stopped in the area of river Kazanka from railroad bridge at 799th km of Vosstanie – Derbyshki stage downstream to railroad bridge at 13th km of Lagernaia – Kazan (Kirov Damb) stage.

In the period between July 28 and August 5, staff forces of Search and Rescue Service under EMERCOM of RT in cooperation with freelance rescuers held another stage of the action “Safety on the Water”. While the main forces of rescuers are concentrated on safety provision of the World Aquatics Championship, squads of freelance rescuers replace them in districts of the republic. They help EMERCOM staff to organize and hold preventive actions that are directed to safety provision on water bodies. As of August 4, the action was held nearly in all municipal units, which have an access to major water bodies and rivers covering 3 527 people.
