Every year, on June 22, Russia remembers one of the most tragic dates in history — the day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. On this day in 1941, our country entered into a deadly battle with its worst and most insidious enemy, German fascism. In memory of this event and as a sign of respect for the fallen heroes, the All-Russian action "Minute of Silence" is held annually.
June 22 is a very personal date when every family remembers the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, when we stop for a second and listen to the echo of that long-past war. He teaches us to cherish, to love, not to be silent when it is important to say "Thank you, We remember." The silence on this day is louder than any fireworks. According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to ensure the safety of people's lives during the "KAMA FEST – 2025" family festival in the Yelabuga district, a ban on the use of small vessels has been established. The All–Russian campaign "Minute of Silence" is dedicated to the Day of Remembrance and Mourning - the anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. On June 22, 2025, at 12:15 Moscow time, a minute of silence and a minute of mourning are announced simultaneously throughout Russia. All over the country, life freezes for one minute – people bow their heads and remember their relatives and friends who survived the bloodiest war of the twentieth century. The timing was not accidental — it was at this moment on June 22, 1941 that an appeal to the citizens of the Soviet Union about the treacherous attack by Nazi Germany was broadcast.
The course participants were representatives of the executive committees of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and organizations located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Evacuation and admission Committee is an organizational body created to develop plans for the reception, accommodation and life support of the evacuated population in emergency situations of a military nature.
