The head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin extended a helping hand to a large family living in the village of Starye Yumraly of the Apastovsky municipal district. The standard of 20 minutes was given to firefighters to completely eliminate the fire at the sports complex. And in order to achieve such a time in real emergency conditions, firefighters honed their skills during a fire-tactical exercise that took place in Kazan at the St. Petersburg Volleyball Center building.
In order to improve the professionalism and coherence of the work of gas and smoke defenders, competitions among the gas and smoke protection service units were held at the training complex of the 31 fire and rescue units.
