Specialists of the Center of State Inspectorate for Small Vessels EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan hold a technical examination of the city's beaches for swimming season preparedness. Today, “Nizhnee Zarechye” beach was the object of the audit of GIMS inspectors. As said Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Small Vessels, Yuri Venediktov, no remarks were found during the examination.

In the afternoon and evening on May 28, 2016 thunderstorms, squalls of wind up to 19-24 m/s, locally heavy rain and hail are expected on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan during the passage of active fronts.

In order to provide fire safety employees of Federal State Fire Supervision carried out preventive inspections of all places of the holiday “Sabantuy” in Kazan in two venues of the city, namely in Beryozovaya Roscha of the village of Mirny and on the territory of International Equestrian Sports Complex “Kazan”.

Incidents as of May 26:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 102 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 17, false alarms – 49, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, burnt meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, vehicles – 1. 1 person was injured.

Within the Year of Fire Service in the system of EMERCOM of Russia festive excursions are held in the Center Fire Propaganda and Public Relations of FKU “CUKS of HQ of EMERCOM of Russia for RT”. Second graders of Kazan school No. 42 also decided to touch the history of Russian fire service, as well as to learn about the current service of firefighters.

The sports camp “Sputnik” located in a forest area of Aviastroitelny District of the city of Kazan has undergone another planned inspection of inspectors of State Fire Supervision. Their mission is to thoroughly identify violations prior to the arrival of the first children’s change, if any in the children's camp. The task of the camp’s management is to have time to remove the detected shortcomings before the season starts.

Prohibitions on the beaches and at places of public entertainment:

• bathing at places where boards (announcements) with preventive and prohibitive signs and inscriptions are exposed;

• swimming behind buoys designating areas of a water body reserved for bathing;

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 10, false alarms – 46, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, burnt meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, residential sector – 2, outhouses – 1, various types of property – 1.

Employees of the separate post on protection of the urban settlement of Aktyubinsky of Almetyevsk Squad of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan held a training on extinguishing of possible fire and rescuing patients at the object of social protection “Aznakaevsk Home for the Elderly and Disabled”.
