A secretary-typist of the First squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lilia Safina, won the title of “The most charming and attractive” in “Miss EMERCOM of Russia-2014” competition. Before she got the recognition on the Russian level, Lilia boldly took two initial steps – she won “Miss EMERCOM of Tatarstan” and “Miss EMERCOM VFD” contests.
