EMERCOM representatives consisting of 47 people and 9 units of vehicles provided safety of visitors at places of All-Russian Festival of Historical Reconstruction “Great Bulgar” on August 14-16, 2015. During the three days more than 400 participants and 25 thousand guests of the festival acquainted with a very rich program on the territory of Bulgarian State Historical and Architectural Museum: works of children’s and adult’s sport squares, medieval tournaments, horse tournament, professional team combats, fire show, historical cuisine,  trade fair of handicrafts.

Incidents as of August 16:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 58 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 11, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 4. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, including in the residential sector – 3, outhouses – 3, garden houses – 3. 12 people were saved.

Traditionally, the staff of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the chief of the emergency department, Rafis Khabibullin, gathered to support Russian team and its forward, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief of Search and Rescue Service of RT, Ilham Nasibullin. The final result is 9:3 in favor of Russian team. Ilham Nasibullin thanked his relatives and colleagues for their support and that they stimulated to win.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 11, false alarms – 26, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, including in the residential sector – 3.

Before the new school year, fire safety situation of Kazan School No. 35 was examined by the staff of Supervisory Department of Volga District.

- Inspection of schools started in July, - said Deputy Chief of Supervisory Department for the City of Kazan, lieutenant colonel of inner service, Dmitry Prikazchikov, and added that the schools will be accepted just after 100% implementation of all fire safety requirements. 

Russian team on water polo successfully finished its semi-final match at “Masters” competition. “Dynamo-Masters” won Uzbekistan team with the score 23:4. Traditionally the staff of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan gathered to support Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief of Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilham Nasibullin, in “Olimp” pool.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 88 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 16, false alarms – 29, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 4, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, including in the residential sector – 3. Outhouses – 3, vehicles – 2. 1 person was injured.

On August 12, 2015, there was a fire in one of the apartments by Dubravnaya Street of the City of Kazan. As a result of the fire, boys born in 2009 and 2011 died, but their sister born in 2006 was saved by firefighters. The preliminary cause of the fire is a prank with fire of one of the children. Leaving the children unattended assisted their death.

Today, the staff of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan held another action on propaganda of safe lifestyle in FINA Park. Boys and girls of junior grades and their parents actively participated in actions of EMERCOM that were dedicated to the 25th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Russia and 20th Anniversary of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan. The cultural program was organized by inspectors of the Supervisory Department, a department of fire service, GIMS staff, press service of the Tatarstanian Headquarters and specialists of Tatar Regional Department of VDPO.

The other day, the second squad of Federal Fire Service of State Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan identified its winners of the season of 2015. 13 firefighters arrived to the sport center in Almetyevsk to participate in competitions: each representative from every fire department and the same number of commanders of the guard. Firefighters contested in intellectual and sports competitions. According the sum of collected points, the title of “The Best Firefighter” was taken by Fanil Tukhbatullin of FD-14 (Bavly); Rafis Khasanshin from FD-21 (Karabash) win in commanders competitions.
