Today, a festive opening ceremony of summer training tower of applied fire sports took plave in Kazan on “Tasma” stadium. At the same time, the opening of the training base became the honorary day of the team of the Republic of Tatarstan which won gold medals on XXIV Russian Championship on Fire Applied Sports in Chelyabinsk.

Firefighters and rescuers of Tatarstan organized a bike ride that was dedicated to the celebration of a few dates at once: 25th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Russia, 20th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Tatarstan and 70th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Active and sporty employees of EMERCOM rode out to the streets of Kazan to propagandize sport, healthy and the main – safe lifestyle by their own example. 

Before The Knowledge Day firefighters decided to organize a festival for children of their employees and invited all who is going to cross the threshold of their schools on September 1. Children were accompanied with a round-up excursion through the 52nd fire department of the City of Zelenodolsk showing how duty guards spend their days. Children were acquainted with the Single Duty Dispatch Service’s work in the city’s 53rd fire department of Zelenodolsk District. They also saw a film about the work of firefighters.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 80 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, false alarms – 34, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires. 1 person was injured.

Assessment of the work of 8th Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan for 8 months of 2015, bringing and arrangement of tasks until the end of 2015, “Election of the President of Tatarstan – the main political event of 2015” – these were the main themes of meeting of the leadership of emergency department of the republic with Zelenodolsk firefighters. The event was attended by Deputy Head of Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk municipal district, Aleksandr Starostin, Chief of FGKU “8th Squad of Federal Fire Service for the RT”, Zyfar Khaliullin, leading personnel of the squad, and middle and senior chiefs staff, junior and the ranks and civilian workers of departments of the 8th Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan.

Yesterday, the festive ceremony the presentation of state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Palace of Celebrations of Naberezhnye Chelny City. By the Order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, chief of the 72nd fire and rescue department of federal state budgetary institution “15th Squad of Federal Fire and Rescue Service for the Republic of Tatarstan”, lieutenant colonel of inner service Denis Vishtalyuk, was encouraged with a Gratitude of President of the Republic Tatarstan for important contributions to provision of protection of the population and territories of the republic from emergencies and his longstanding service.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 61 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 13, false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 4, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including in the residential sector – 3, ouhouses – 1.

Today, the best fire chiefs of fire and rescue departments of the republic gathered in Kazan. Twenty three representatives of federal fire service competed in a test, a hundred meter obstacle course, climbing scaling-ladder up to the 4th floor of the training tower, double loop binding without putting on a salvable, muscle-strengthening exercises, 1 km cross and shuttle running. Nizhnekamian Andrey Semashkin became the leader, another Nizhnekamian Yuri Malafeev won the second place, and Kazanian Sergey Dorofeev became the last link of prize-winners.

Today, a veteran of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mikhail Yagnov, has celebrated 90th anniversary in Spassky District. Vladimir Savelyev, colonel of inner service – Chief of FGKU “132nd FD of FFS for RT” and Elena Savelyeva, inspector of the main affairs of FGKU “132nd FD of FFS for RT”, came to congratulate the veteran with a present, flowers and kind words.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 81 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 11, false alarms – 30, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, including in the residential sector – 2, ouhouses – 2, garden houses – 3. 2 people were injured, 2 people were saved.
