The leadership of the 15th squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan organized a session with the representatives of enterprises and organizations of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny on fire safety provision issues in fire risk spring period. More than 100 representatives of the city’s enterprises and organizations were invited. The chief of the 15th squad, Colonel of inner service, Rustam Yumagulov, Chief of FRD-56, Major of inner service Vladislav Agafonov, Guard Chief, Major of inner service, Lenar Shafigullin, together with participants discussed problematic questions on fire safety rules keeping in connection with fire risk period becoming.

Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 14, others – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 11 fires, including residential sector – 5, outhouses – 4, vehicles – 2.

Within the Civil Defense Year in EMERCOM of Russia system and before the celebration of Fire Service Day in Russia, the second fashion project, named ‘Family Business: 30 Representatives of Tatarstan Rescuer Dynasties’ and organized by the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan together with ‘Telesem’ (Kazan) magazine editorial, has launched.

Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 10, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires, including residential sector – 2, vehicles – 1.

Today, special tactics drill on actions of constant readiness forces, freelance rescue formations, a squad of gas rescue service, the fifth squad of federal fire service and medical service of JSC ‘KazanOrgsintez’ passed on the territory of JSC ‘KazanOrgsintez’. It was directed to their cooperation during possible terroristic threat, accident with oil product leakage and spill. The drill was held within the Civil Defense Year in EMERCOM of Russia.

A whole commission directed to the inspection of culverts and riverbed itself of the Noksa, the section of which flows across Kamyshly St. The commission included representatives of Kazan fire and rescue garrison, the Office of Civil Defense under the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan and Volga District administration. As well, an unmanned aerial vehicle was used for the Noksa riverbed’s condition monitoring from the height of 100-200 m.

Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 7, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires, including residential sector – 4. 3 people were rescued.

By the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 196 from March 28, 2017, there was introduced ban on using small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, sport vessels, including jet skis, kayaks, rowing boats on the section of the river Kazanka from Lenin dam to Chuykov – Gavrilov streets crossroad during the periods:

Fire and rescue department No. 47 OFPS-1 marked its 40th anniversary in the end of March. The solemn event was attended by acting employees of the department, veterans, for whom an excursion to the fire station was organized, and a film about the squad’s and FD-47’s achievements was shown. Today, the fire department is an efficient mobile department, which is armed with 24 vehicles and 63 people.
