The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of April 3 No. 212 from April 25 to May 15 in the territory of the republic has introduced particular fire prevention regime, the specified document has provided a complex of the preventive actions directed to strengthening of fire-prevention protection of the republic. A number of restrictions concern also activity on personal plots.
As the chief of Cheremshansky rescue and firefighting garrison captain of internal service Farit Yarullin reported, so far in the territory of the Cheremshansky municipal district operations on dismantling, clearing and export of the damaged constructions of roofs are fully complete.
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 89 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 28, false alarms – 32, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires, including residential sector – 3. One person was injured.
Causes: violation of fire safety rules during welding works – 1, violation of fire safety rules during cooking – 1, careless fire use – 2, violation of electric equipment construction and use rules – 3.

On May 03, 2017 at 21:05 there was a damage in Cheremshansky municipal district there were a damage of a roof on 13 buildings (from them 8 socially important objects), and also 21 house (15 houses in the village of Cheremshan, 3 houses in the village Top Chegoday, 3 houses in the village of Podlesny Utyamysh).
The total area of the damaged roofs approximately makes 2744 sq.m. The preliminary integrated calculation of cost of restoration of the damaged objects makes 4 million 900 thousand 370 rubles.
38 people, from them 7 children live in affected houses. Gas supply and water supply isn't broken. The temporary accommodation center on the basis of the Ice arena is developed in the village of Cheremshan, 62 beds are prepared. Inhabitants of affected houses in TAC have refused.
As a result of incident there are no victims.

On May 03, 2017 at 21:05 there was a damage in Cheremshansky municipal district there were a damage of a roof on 13 buildings (from them 8 socially important objects), and also 21 house (15 houses in the village of Cheremshan, 3 houses in the village Top Chegoday, 3 houses in the village of Podlesny Utyamysh). In total to mitigation of consequences of incident involved 240 people and 39 pieces of equipment . Also 24 pieces of equipment, including from the Ministry of Emergency Situations - 56 people, 7 pieces of equipment are attracted from subsystems of RSChS of 109 people. In a reserve from the Ministry of Emergency Situations - 131 persons and 15 pieces of equipment.
In general situation an incident on-scene is under control.
In 21:05 03.05.2017 the information of strengthening of wind to 19 m/s was resulted by partial damage of a roof in a number of buildings in the village of Cheremshan has come to the Head department of the Ministry of Emercom from the operations duty officer of EDDS of the Cheremshansky municipal district:
- 15 private houses;
- Gas station - 50 sq.m.;
- children's junior sports school (the building on repair, isn't operated) – 144 sq.m.;
- warehouses - 100 sq.m;
- Cheremshansky ambulance center – 850 sq.m.;
- central library – 200 sq.m.;
- cadet boarding school - 42 sq.m.
- grocery store - 180 sq.m.
Emergency recovery operations are conducted by Cheremshansky rescue and firefighting garrison and rescuers of services housing and communal services and RES of Cheremshansky district.
By the initiative of the management of Emercom of Russia in regions of the Russian Federation actions of cleaning the coast of water objects in places of unorganized rest of the population from garbage take place. In the Republic of Tatarstan the ecological action with participation of staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is carried out for targeting and maintenance of a sanitary order on coast of reservoirs of the republic, development of public activity and careful attitude of citizens to the nature.
