On June 25, IL-76 airplane of EMERCOM of Russia left for the city of Irkutsk from the ‘Kazan’ international airport. Its board has a group of landing fire service of federal reserve of ‘Avialesookhrana’ of the federal agency of the forestry composed of 100 people with all necessary equipment and fire forest technique. Parachuter firefighters and landing firefighters of the federal air forest defense provide efficient support in extinguishing forest fires in conditions of emergency situations.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 58 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 2, outhouses – 2, vehicles – 2, garden houses – 2.

The holiday was attended by the Deputy Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal Okrug, Nikolay Ovsienko, representatives of the central office of EMERCOM of Russia, chiefs of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for subjects of the Central and Volga Federal Okrugs of the Russian Federation, veterans and honorary guests. Today, there are 31 headquarters subordinate to the regional center. This is thousands of firefighters and rescuers who have rescued 600 thousand people during emergency situations and various types of accidents.

On June 22, competitions on pull-up among the 1st squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan passed on the squad base. 150 firefighters representing 15 teams wished to contest for the title of the strongest. As a result of keen competition, crew commander of FD-92, Leonid Sovetnikov won in private result. He pulled up 48 times. Team results were determined by total score collected by members of a team. In this index FD-91, there were no equal to athletes of FD-91.

Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 7, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 5, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: residential sector – 1. 1 person was injured.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 39 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 5, vehicles – 1, various types of property – 1. 2 persons died.

In the honor of the Cynologist Day joint project with the participation of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan ‘A Dosg Is a Friend of Man’ involving main bloodhounds of special services of the Republic of Tatarstan started on the Woman’s Day site of women magazine.

Today, in the building of the city Town Hall at opening of XVII session of Kazan City Duma within the Civil Defense Year in EMERCOM of Russia system, Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General Rafis Khabibullin gave awards of EMERCOM of Russia. He thanked the City Hall, Executive Committee and Kazan City Duma collectives, as well as the leadership of the city for cooperative job on safety provision to citizens of the republic capital.

Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 6, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, meal burning – 6, cooperation with other services – 18. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: outhouses – 1, vehicles – 1, various types of property – 1.

Thanks to quadruped rescuers, more than 2 thousand people have been saved since the department foundation. The service stuff is composed of more than 600 crews of cynologists of federal, municipal, freelance and public rescue formations in each district of the country. At the moment, 442 cynology crew of EMERCOM of Russia are certified for working (341 search and rescue, 36 mountain avalanche, 26 mine detection, 4 on searching bodied of deceased and 35 on searching on the water).
