Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 59 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 27, short circuit of wiring without burning – 6, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 4 fires: residential buildings – 2. 2 persons were injured.

Today, within the Month of Children’s Safety first-graders of the gymnasium No. 20 of Sovetsky District of Kazan visited Kazan search and rescue squad, the branch of Volga Regional SAR Squad of EMERCOM of Russia. Young guests got acquainted with the most important acting persons of the cynology service – service dogs. The best cynologist of EMERCOM of Russia for 2012, Catherine Maklakova, showed the children the mode of life and working apartments of dogs.

Today, the Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin, conducted personal reception of citizens in the reception room of the President of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan. More than ten Tatarstanians had registered for the reception. The citizens addressed mainly with problems of fire driveways in the village of Privolny of Kazan, anti-fire condition of houses and garden associations, asked about pensionary provision for former employees of HQ EMERCOM RF for RT, as well as citizens interested in the issue of housing provision.

On September 5, solemn line with the participation of 1-4 grades passed in the cadet school No. 49 of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. The special attention was paid to the student Ilnaz Smirnov. On August 28, there was fire in an apartment in Naberezhnye Chelny, in which Ilnaz was left alone by his parents. For the resourcefulness shown and right actions on self-rescue in extreme conditions he was rewarded with the Letter of Thanks of the Chief of Naberezhnye Chelny Fire and Rescue Garrison.

Representatives of physical culture and sport association of the disabled of the Republic of Tatarstan addressed to the Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin, with a request to personally congratulate and reward participants of the basketball match among the disabled with cerebral palsy. Dozens of people with disabilities responded with pleasure to the peculiar sports holiday, which passed in the hall of Kazan College of Municipal Economy and Building.

The evacuation drill of students and personnel of the school in case of fire passed in the comprehensive school of Kirov District of Kazan. As well, during the drill there was tested the preparedness of forces and means of fire departments to emergency response when fire occurs at crowded places. On November, 2016 in this school there was burning in the labor room on the first floor. Thereat, serious mistakes were made in the evacuation organization during the fire. Today, both the administration, and students did coherently, without censures.
