The thanksgiving services in Tatarstanian churches will be attended as well by employees of departments of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of Tatarstan.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 36 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 12, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 2 fires: residential sector – 2.

On September 12, 2017 at 9.00 PM, there was received message about that a woman (born in 1941) left for mushrooms from the settlement of Kuybushevsky Zaton about at 1.30 PM on September 12, 2017 and did not come back. After 2 day of searching, at 2.10 PM, Chief of the search and rescue department No. 116, Eduard Gilazov, watching the area through binoculars from the height, spotted the woman matching to her description, walking the road to the side of the city of Kazan near the settlement of Tenishevo. She was delivered to the central district hospital, and was identified by her relatives. Her health was assessed as satisfactory. Her relatives took her home.

Certificate challenges of search and rescue crews of Volga Federal Okrug finished in the base of Naberezhnye Chelny search and rescue garrison squad. From September 4 to 9, 2017, cynology crews and public volunteers were confirming their professionalism in searching people in natural and manmade environment, demonstrated dogs’ skills of air landing, as well as obedience and agility. Total of 38 crews participated in the challenges.

39th republican competitions of crews of gas and smoke service of departments of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan fir the protection rural districts in Kukmor finished with the winning of the hosts. The team of FRD-117 of Kukmor District turned out to be the strongest among 35 best crews. The competitions passed in two stages: overcoming heat and smoke chamber and climbing up to the third floor of the training tower for rescuing an injured with the safety rope.

On September 14, 2017 at 10.18 PM there was received report about a traffic accident in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny on the M-7 highway. There was a jammed person. Rescuers of the search and rescue squad No. 6 and firefighters of FRD-72 left for the site. They extruded the front side of the vehicle, disconnected the battery, and extracted the driver (born in 1969) who was jammed by the deformed cabin. He was hospitalized with bruises and abrasions.

On September 13, 2017 at 11.34 AM, there was received report about that 64-year-old man, who suffers high arterial pressure, got lost in the woods of Leninsky district forestry near the settlement of Bolshie Meteski. Employees of MIA department for Tyulyachi District, rescuers of the search and rescue squad No. 4 (Shemordan), district forester of Zelenodolsk forestry, a medics brigade of Tyulyachi central district hospital left for the search area.

When the crew of the separate post of ‘Aktyubinsky’ of the fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan arrived, the man was found lying on the floor inside the room, and his leg was pressed and squeezed by a wooden ceiling cover. Medics provided the man (born in 1961) first aid. Then, firefighters took out the victim and passed them to the ambulance with further hospitalization in Aznakaevo Central District Hospital.

On September 12, 2017, 30 volunteer students, who were on duty in the stuff of duty dispatch shift of the Crisis Management Center during holding 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup in the city of Kazan, were rewarded with letters of thanks and recommendations in the Crisis Management Center’s building. Their duties included translating incoming reports from foreign citizens, emergency warnings for the republic’s visitors, designing a phrasebook in foreign languages for emergency service employees.
