On September 26, 2017, a pusher and a rubber boat collided on the river Volga near the settlement of Naberezhnye Morkvashi, Verkhny Uslon Municipal District. A force task of Verkhny Uslon fire and rescue garrison, inspectors of GIMS and police employees, an ambulance brigade arrived to the accident site. It was found out that after the collision the boat overturned and 2 people, a man and a woman, hit the water. They were rescued by the pusher’s crew. But after that, the woman died preliminarily from heart attack.

Changes in the Rules of Anti-Fire Regime in the Russian Federation will take effect today. The rules, in particular, widen powers of authorities on safety provision. Streamers and banners that are placed of buildings’ facades should be made of non-flammable or hardly combustible materials. From September 26, lighting fires, burning garbage and grass on the territories of general usage is prohibited.

Including garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 15, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 4 fires: residential sector – 3, haystack – 1.

On September 23, 2017, there was opened a memorial obelisk in the cadet school No. 47, in the honor of the 110th anniversary of the birthday of the Hero of the Soviet Union, the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Nikita Kaymanov, whose name was given to this school. The solemn event was attended by close relatives of Nikita Kaymanov from Nizhnekamsk, as well as leaders of law enforcement departments. In the end of the solemn part, there were shows of cadets of border guard and ‘fire-rescuer’ corps in the sports hall.

The competition was attended by the most experienced specialists in the field of civil defense from municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. On September 22, 2017, there was held a test on issues of theoretical knowledge and doing the following tests on radiation and chemical protection by participants: putting on gas mask, using means of individual protection of skin and respiratory system, preparing an appliance of chemical reconnaissance for operation, and providing medical aid.

Including garbage extinguishing – 13, false alarms – 24, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 17. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 1, outhouses – 4, vehicles – 1, garden houses – 1, hay – 1.

Within the work visit to Kazan, Vladimir Puchkov examined the work and combat readiness of response departments of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The federal minister was accompanied by the Chief of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant-General of Inner Service, Rafis Khabibullin. The delegation of EMERCOM of Russia visited the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of KFU, where rescuer of EMERCOM pass the qualification improvement program, emergency call service 112 and fire and rescue department No. 3 on the protection of Moscow District of the 7th squad of federal fire service.
