Unmanned aerial vehicles which will find careless fishermen from height of bird's flight in any secluded or remote places will help rescuers to reveal violators of the law who, despite the ban, come to thin ice.

This year one of the most dear veterans of the Great Patriotic War and fire protection of Zelenodolsk - Minnikhanov Nugman Abdrakhmanovich - would celebrate the 100-th birthday. In honor of 100-year anniversary of the nice ancestor the numerous family of Minnikhanov with children and grandsons has visited the Museum of fire protection of Zelenodolsk.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 51 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 7, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 11, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: residential sector – 2, outhouses – 5, vehicle – 1.

Causes: violation of electric equipment construction and usage rules – 1, malfunction of the production equipment, violation of technological process of production (technological) – 1 fire, violation of furnace construction and usage rules – 4, careless fire usage – 2.

Departures of fire departments for rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 6 times.

Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 8 times. Including searching operations – 1, car accident – 2, the others - 6.  Preventive departures – 6.

On the Raifsky lake under ice the fisherman has failed and has drowned. The message about incident has come to service of the Zelenodolsk district on duty and dispatching on December 1 at 13:27. Man has reported that under ice the fisherman has left. To the scene guard of the Separate post on duty of Raif, GIMS, operations group of Department of Internal Affairs have been directed. Divers of zone search and rescue group No. 2 of the city of Kazan have been involved to inspection of a bottom. Man died.

Dear citizens! According to the Office for Hydrometeorology and Natural Environment Observation of the Republic of Tatarstan, on December 2 negative weather conditions are expected on the West districts of the republic: strong wind up to 16 m/s in the morning and afternoon, snow, snowstorm in the second half of the afternoon and in the evening.

The oil slick was found on the 1310 km of the Volga near the city of Kazan. A task force of the Headquarters and rescuers of the Zonal Search and Rescue Squad No. 2, as well as representatives of transport procuracy, Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan left for the accident site. EMERCOM rescuers handled the slick on the area of 50 sq. meters.

The head of the family is Marat Ibragimov, an employee of the 34th fire and rescue department of the 8th squad of the federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan. He decided to participate in a competition organized by the ‘Frutto Nyanya’ company. Together with his wife they bought baby food of this firm. Their bill under number 53 was lucky. They were given a certificate for 7-days trip to Paris to the Disneyland amusement park to the tune of 130 thousand rubles.

The situation around fires and people’s death became the theme number one at an unscheduled session of the Commission on Emergency Situations and Fire Safety of the district. One of the reasons for its conduction was the last case of fire with dying two persons at once. Employees of fire service together with workers of social protection discussed how to protect people with low mobility from fires. Another question suggested to the discussion by members of the Commission was the condition of sources of fire water supply.
