Today in the territory of FKU "GIMS Ministry of Emergency Situations Center of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan" in Kazan solemn rewarding of winners of a republican competition of drawings and videos "I Will Be Vigilant on Ice and on Water" which was embodied on a big holiday of safety took place.

It is already the sixth competition, for organizers it became the most mass by the number of participants and videos submitted to the judgments by jury.

 Today within carried out All-Russian "Month of Safety" the informative event for pupils of "Kindergarten No. 13 of Guselky of the Zelenodolsk municipal district is held. The training action began with an excursion on "The museum of fire protection of the Zelenodolsk district" located on the basis of rescue and fire fighting Part No. 52 state-owned federal state Institution 8 team FPS GPS RT during which showed to children exhibits of the museum and also told about the history of emergence of fire protection. Fire PSCh-52 of state-owned federal state Institution Korzhov R.I. told about the fire truck, its complete set, the principles and features of work. And, of course, everyone managed to sit in this wonderful car.

Incidents for November 29:  Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 44 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 5, cooperation with other services – 18. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: garden house – 1.

Causes: violation of electric equipment design and usage rules – 1, violation of furnace design and usage rules – 1, other causes – 1.

Departures of fire departments for rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 2 times.

Departures of voluntary fire protection units on firefighting – 1.

Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 5 times. Including searching works – 1. Preventive departures – 13.

 303 persons were saved this year on the fires by employees of the public fire service. Reported about it during the briefing for members of the media the deputy chief of department of inquiry and administrative practice of management of supervising activity and scheduled maintenance of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan the lieutenant colonel of internal service of Maxim Askarov today.  In 2018 in 18 regions of Tatarstan growth of death of people on the fires in relation to indicators of the same period of last year is recorded. To stop this growth, mobile preventive groups in the cities and settlements of the republic went to raids. The main task - to remind the population of importance of observance of fire safety requirements and to prevent death of people on the fires.

On November 30, 2018 at 10:00 in the territory of FKU "GIMS Ministry of Emergency Situations Center of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan" (Kazan, st. the Kirov dam, 1) solemn rewarding of winners of a republican competition of drawings and videos "I Will Be Vigilant on Ice and on Water" will take place.

A competition was held during the period from October 15 to November 30, 2018, in several stages: local, city and republican. This year about 20 thousand pupils of educational schools with 1 on 11 classes and pupils of preschool educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the competition organized by the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 5 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 15, meal burning – 4, on burning of the ownerless vehicle – 1 time, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: sayna – 1, vehicle - , garden houses – 4.

Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 7 times. Including on a door unblocking – 4 times, other – 3. Preventive works – 14.

On November 27 at 18:30 the message from Tukayevsky district about incident on the Kama River near the village of Biyurgan arrived. According to 112 the applicant of 1970 with the familiar woman of 1957 went on the self-made ATV on the Kama River and failed in water. Medical care was required, presumably the woman got a leg injury. Rescuers team №6 with application of SVP "Hivus-6", saved and transferred to physicians of emergency medical service the man of 1970, and the woman of 1957, failed under ice on the self-made ATV on the Kama River between Kulushevo and Biyurgan. Saved were delivered to the coast and are transferred to crew of the embulance. The cause of the accident - violation of the rules of protection of life of people on water objects.

Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 19, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 4.

Causes: violation of electric equipment design and usage rules of furnace – 2, violation of electric equipment design and usage rules – 2, incautious fire usage – 1.

In the final stage of the republican competition of professional skill among the assistants chiefs of guard 17 fire officers took part.

For the conditional time, the participants had to show their knowledge of the regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety and departmental documents that govern work of EMERCOM employee.

Also, firefighters demonstrated their ability to tie a double rescue loop without putting it on the rescued. After that, the competitors had to pass strength exercises, a cross 1 km and a shuttle run.

As a result,  assistant chief of guard of the 86th Fire department Alexander Kuzmenko has become the best by profession. The second place has been taken by Arthur Iskhakov. Ilnur Shakirov has showed the third result.
