Today started the All-Russian staff training on civil defense. At 6 a.m., a signal was received to begin staff training and the Civil Defense and Population Protection Plans at all levels were put into effect. During the exercises, the issues of extinguishing the fires that arose, the search and rescue of victims from the rubble and from the blocked protective structure, issues of providing first aid, delivery to medical institutions in Kazan were worked out and life support issues were worked out.

During the day in Tatarstan, fire departments left on alarm 34 times. Of these, for false calls - 13 times, for an accident - 4 times, for a short circuit without burning - 0 times, for burning food - 1 time, for interaction with other services - 9 times. Fire republics eliminated - 7 fires, of which the residential sector - 3 fires, other objects - 4 fires.

On October 4, civil defense classes were held throughout the country as part of the All-Russian lesson on life security. At school No. 3 in the city of Mendeleevsk, the chief of staff of emergency situations of Ammony JSC Vladimir Shalaumov held an open lesson for high school students about the danger of radiation.

In Almetyevsk, on the territory of FRU No. 23 of the Almetyevsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Management of Contractual Units of the Federal State Emergency Service for the Republic of Tatarstan," competitions in fire and rescue sports were held among teams of young firefighters (DYUP) of the Almetyevsk district and Almetyevsk schools. 5 teams took part in sports.

An inspection of regional, local and local warning systems, including a comprehensive emergency warning system for the population about the threat of emergencies or emergencies, will be held on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on October 6. The corresponding order was signed by the Deputy Head of Civil Defense of the Republic of Tatarstan - Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin.
