During the opening ceremony, the college headmaster, Tatyana Adayeva, marked that the competitions were held in 100th anniversary of Tetyushi State College of Civil Defense, and that it was a great honor for the college to enter the history of WorldSkill movement’s development exactly in the jubilee year. Nikolay Surzhko gave the college leadership a mannequin for studies on pulmonary and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, as a gift from EMERCOM RT. Also, Deputy Chief of the Executive Committee of Tetyushi Municipal District, Albert Gerasimov, thanked republican EMERCOM for support and education of college cadets, competition participants. 4 teams started up a fight for victory and right to further participation in WorldSkills Russia 2017 competitions.
