From 6 P.M. on January 3 until 6 P.M. on January 4, 2017, the minimal air temperature at night and maximal air temperature in the afternoon will estimate 13-15 degrees, with decreasing in the evening down to 18-20 degrees below zero on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In connection with adverse forecast, it is necessary to alert repair and recover brigades for providing uninterrupted heating to residential and administrative buildings, heating centers at places of possible car gathering on roads and prepare snow removing technique in order to provide uninterrupted traffic. EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan recommends:

- to avoid accidents cancel any departures on personal transport outside settlement without extreme need: to the nature, forest, fishing, etc.;

- to avoid fire do not overtemper furnace and do not use self-made heating appliances;

- the most efficient way to warm up a person is general warm-up (warm shower, sauna, general electric heating, warm dry clothes, hot drink);

- to save warmth outdoors you should move actively, keep dry, eat well and dress warmly.
