Veteran of EMERCOM of RT, Minzagit Islamgirovich Ziganshin, Marked His 65th Jubilee

Today, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nikolai Surzhko, awarded a veteran of the emergency department of Tatarstan, Minzagit Islamgirovich Ziganshin, in connection with his 65th anniversary, with Honorary Diploma if EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan and a valuable gift, and also on behalf of Minister and the collective of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan congratulated the veteran with such significant event.

As Nikolai Surzhko marked, Minzagit Ziganshin was at the forefront of foundation and formation of Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and put a lot of effort, energy for turning it into full structure.
