PARKED CARS PREVENTED PASSAGE OF FIRE TRUCKS

On March 14, 2016 at 11:03 P.M. there was received a report on fire in a multiple apartment house in Kazan. There was burning the bedroom in a three room apartment on the 7th floor, as well as balconies on the 8th and the 9th floors. At 11:17, the fire was localized. At 11:24, the open burning was liquidated. At 11:31, the fire consequences were liquidated. Preliminary cause of the fire is ascertained. Circumstances that contributed to fire spread were late detection and report. Difficulties during fire extinguishing: operation in unfit for respiration environment, blocked passage for fire trucks. With respect to car drivers who prevented fire trucks passage protocols will be drew up.
