Systematic Method in the Solution of Safety Issues is Necessary: Meeting of Social Council of EMERCOM of RT

Today, the meeting of Social Council of EMERCOM of RT was held the first time this year. It was held on the basis of “Kazanskaya Yarmarka” exhibition center and was organized to the 20th jubilee exhibition “Safety and Communication”. The meeting was opened by Minister of Civil Defense and Emergencies of RT, Rafis Khabibullin. Issues of developing voluntary fire service, the system of volunteerism for rescuing people on the waters and issues of propaganda of safe behavior among people were determined as priority at the Council meeting. Also, the work plan of Social Council for 2016 was ratified and the decision on creation of Social Councils on territorial departments of EMERCOM system was accepted.
