Yellow smoke or, as specialists say, "fox tail", which appeared today over the Kazan gunpowder factory - is nitric oxide, consequences of decomposition of nitrocellulose. Danger to life and health of citizens such emissions are not represent, they are part of the process. That can testify the results of measurements of air, regularly produced by the relevant services.
