    The solemn event dedicated to the Day of the Rescuer of the Russian Federation began with the taking out of the banner of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the performance of the national anthems of Russia and Tatarstan.

    On the eve of the Day of the Rescuer of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, employees of the joint press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the secretary of the Council of Veterans of the Tatarstan Central Committee, were happy to visit their veteran, retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service Farid Minzyanovich Ismagilov.
