TIPS for Making Calls to Number 112 in Tatarstan

Number "112"— this is a phone number you can call:

• to contact any emergency services;

• in any country of the European Union;

• via mobile or fixed-line phones, including public payphones;

• round the clock and free of charge.

Common number "112" is formally introduced to call all the emergency services on the territory of the Russian Federation. If the phone is connected to a foreign network operator, then making a call does not need to type any code, but the number "112".

Call to the number "112" only in the following cases:

• if you need emergency care, when there is a real threat to life, health, property or the environment;

• or you have a reason to suspect these.

If you are unsure whether a situation is an emergency or not — it is better to call.
