The second day of training on civil defense and emergency protection for heads of executive committees
Today, the heads of executive committees of Tatarstan municipalities got acquainted with the work of the training and consulting center for civil defense and emergency situations. The main purpose of the establishment of the point is to provide the necessary conditions for training the unemployed population on civil defense and emergency protection at their place of residence. Sergey Chankin, Head of the Civil Protection Department of the Kazan Executive Committee, made a detailed report. He shared his experience on how to combine shelter in an apartment building, as well as a SD training and consulting center.
Also today, we held a test in the form of testing and a round table on the topic: "Improving the efficiency of civil defense and emergency management officials and bodies in government agencies and municipalities. Problematic issues", where key problematic issues were identified and ways to solve them were discussed. The participants expressed a common opinion on the need for an integrated approach to improving the effectiveness of the bodies. Priority areas of work were highlighted and measures to improve the situation were proposed.
After that, all trainees were given certificates of advanced training.
