We are taking part in an international conference
On March 4, in honor of World Civil Defense Day, the XXXXVI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Prevention. Salvation. Help." It is organized with the involvement of interested scientists and specialists from the territorial bodies and structural divisions of the central office of the EMERCOM of Russia, emergency rescue, fire rescue and rescue military units of the Russia EMERCOM, scientific organizations, educational institutions, scientific production enterprises, as well as representatives of foreign scientific and educational organizations, rescue services of foreign countries (on the basis of agreements about cooperation).
Representatives of the Main Directorate of the Russia EMERCOM for the Republic of Tatarstan will also take part in the conference. The article by a representative of the Tatarstan headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia examines the current state of the warning system of the Republic of Tatarstan in case of a threat of emergencies caused by rain floods and heavy flooding. The analysis of the regulatory framework, technical equipment of the regional automated centralized notification system (РАСЦО), as well as the results of its comprehensive inspections is carried out.
