During a working trip to Nizhnekamsk, the Deputy Minister of the Emergency Department visited units of the Federal Fire Service detachment, the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Office of Contractual Units. One of the main tasks of the detachment, established in the industrial zone of Nizhnekamsk in 1969, is to provide reliable fire protection for enterprises of the petrochemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Currently, the Nizhnekamsk branch consists of 14 fire and rescue units with a total strength of more than 900 personnel. Thanks to close cooperation with protected facilities, a strong material and technical base has been created in the detachment, and a team has been formed that successfully solves operational and service tasks. The team's employees have repeatedly become winners and prize-winners of national and regional professional skill competitions.
Vyacheslav Butko got acquainted with the activities of fire department No. 62 for the protection of the city of Nizhnekamsk and No. 92 for the protection of Taneko, which became the best in the Volga Federal District three times, and in 2013 and 2016 was recognized as the winner of the All-Russian review competition "The Best Fire Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia." He thanked the staff for their professionally organized work and support for ongoing initiatives.
