The monitoring psychological examination of the personnel continues

28 August 2025, Thursday

A psychologist from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan visited a separate post of the 3rd SRU in order to conduct a monitoring psychological examination of the personnel. In order to determine their safety and increase their psychological stability, as well as their ability to recover from stress.

The diagnostic examination included several components: standardized questionnaires to identify stress levels and professional burnout, tasks to determine the level of attention and memory, as well as individual conversations.

During the survey, some more experienced employees demonstrated irritability, indicated a decrease in interest in extracurricular activities, and complained of sleep problems, which are signs of professional burnout syndrome. Young employees had problems with communicative flexibility in stressful situations. More senior employees showed a tendency to keep quiet about their experiences in order not to "undermine their authority" with younger colleagues.

For the psychologist, the data obtained became not just a report, but a signal to carry out delicate work with the staff. Practical steps were suggested: the introduction of regular short-term sleep and energy recovery programs and the repetition of self-regulation methods.
