Events within the framework of the All-Russian staff training on civil defense have started in Tatarstan
Today, events are being held throughout the country as part of the All-Russian staff training on civil defense with federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments and organizations. In Tatarstan, practical civil defense events will be held from October 1 to October 2 in all municipalities.
At 10:30, 10:40 and 11:00, the republican public notification system was checked by launching technical warning devices.
In addition, according to the inspection plan, television and radio broadcasting was intercepted at 10:43 a.m., where residents of the republic saw a special screen saver "The readiness of the public notification system is being checked!" and heard a message about checking the notification system. This set of measures allows you to objectively check the operability of terminal warning devices, as well as assess the readiness of the personnel on duty authorized to launch public notification systems. This must be done in order to be sure that all available systems are working properly to deliver signals and information to the public in a timely manner in case of emergencies.
