On the 93rd anniversary of the Russian civil defense: non-standard formations of Tatarstan identified the leaders of 2025
The final stage of the 17th republican competition of non-standard civil defense units took place in Kazan. The personnel of the groups and communication links, radiation and chemical surveillance posts and sanitary squads demonstrated their skills necessary to eliminate an emergency situation in peacetime and wartime. 11 teams from 5 cities of Tatarstan, representing various industrial enterprises of the republic, took part in the competition. These are the winners of the city stages, which were held among the employees of enterprises.
First, there is a check of equipment and equipment, a check of theoretical knowledge in the form of testing, and then the stages of carrying out practical measures - working out standards and actions on introductory ones.
For sandruzhin - first aid, for RCN posts - conducting radiation and chemical reconnaissance and operations in infected areas, for communication groups - deploying wired communications, working on communications equipment.
Each group has its own task in the form of an introductory one, consisting of several stages. But everyone has a common task - it is necessary to demonstrate not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills in dealing with the consequences of an emergency situation. The actions of the teams were evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of specialists from the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance.
The three winners in the team competition among the cities were led by the civil defense formations of the city of Kazan. Zelenodolsk residents took the second place. The formations of Leninogorsk showed the third result.
Most of the teams showed a good level of theoretical training and solid practical skills in carrying out tasks as intended. Every year the level of preparation of the teams increases, it becomes more and more difficult to determine the best.
