The heads of the EMERCOM of Russia and Tatarstan confirmed their intention to hold the next Salon "Integrated Security" in Kazan
On July 16, in Kazan, the heads of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, and the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, signed an agreement on the preparation and holding of the XVI International Salon of Security Equipment "Integrated Security - 2026" next year and the creation of a modern training ground for firefighters and rescuers.
This is the first time that the International Forum will be held outside of Moscow and the Moscow region, and in the future it will be organized in different regions every two years.
"The Integrated Security Salon will move around the country: Kazan will be the first city where we will host it once again next September. We plan to move around the federal districts every two years. The plans are quite ambitious: we would like to have similar landfills in each federal district, taking into account geographical features and territorial risks," Alexander Kurenkov shared his plans.
This will be a good incentive for improving regional safety systems and developing training grounds for firefighters and rescuers. This way, the regions will be able to introduce colleagues to the specifics of their work and learn from the best practices of others.
The Technogenic Safety cluster will house training complexes for preparing for extinguishing fires in buildings, eliminating leaks of dangerous liquids from tanks and pipelines, and chemically hazardous substances in factories. The Fire Safety cluster will include training complexes for extinguishing flammable liquids, high-rise buildings and cars, flare extinguishing, a heat and smoke chamber, and a Phoenix fire simulator. Gorenje The Search and Rescue cluster will become platforms for working with reinforced concrete structures, rescue in the mountains and from under the rubble. The sports cluster will consist of a stadium with 4 running tracks with a football field, sports equipment, a training tower and venues for professional skills competitions for firefighters and rescuers.
During the salon's operation, large-scale demonstration exercises and competitions will be held here. After the event, the training ground will become a training ground for firefighters and rescuers, as well as various competitions and competitions of professional skills at Russian and international levels.
