The Board meeting was held on July 3 on the main areas of activity for the first half of 2025 and tasks for the third quarter. The meeting was held by Irek Kadamov, Chairman of the Boards of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was also attended by Rustem Kadyrov, Head of the Department of Administrative and Law Enforcement Agencies of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Kirill Frolov, Head of the Department for Interaction with Administrative Authorities.


Andrey Orlov, Acting Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, summed up the results of the main activities for the second quarter and announced the tasks for the third quarter of 2025. Pavel Rodionov, Acting Deputy Minister, delivered a report. He stressed that local specialists need to continue working to maintain civil defense facilities in a state of constant readiness for their intended use.


 They also heard reports on the progress of the long-term plan to bring limited-ready and non-ready CSWs to a state of readiness for the shelter of the population.


Summing up the meeting, Irek Kadamov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Tatarstan, clarified ways to solve the most pressing tasks for the coming period. He paid special attention to the issues of the readiness of civil defense defenses and the shelter of the population in the buried rooms of the underground space, taking into account the decisions previously taken by the leadership of the republic.
