Corruption is a complex social phenomenon that has various forms of expression and affects all segments of our society.
The Federal law interprets the term "corruption" as the use by an official of his official position in order to obtain benefits and often to the detriment of the legitimate interests of society and the state.
In justification of "everyday" corruption, they often talk about its inevitability and almost the only way to overcome administrative barriers.
The current policy of tightening criminal liability for corruption cannot lead to the desired results without the participation of the whole society.
The eradication (reduction) of "domestic" corruption is possible through the actions of the state and civil society through mass rejection of such corruption, increased awareness and vigilance of the population, transparency and openness of procedures and decision-making processes in the civil service, accountability of relevant institutions in the provision of services to the public.
An essential condition for improving the effectiveness of public administration and reducing corruption is the involvement of civil society in this work.
The Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations is working to involve citizens in the prevention of corruption, taking into account public opinion and feedback from the public make it possible to adequately assess the ongoing anti-corruption measures in the Ministry.
