The best volunteer fire brigade of Tatarstan was determined at competitions in the Pestrecy district
The Republican review competition has been held since 2010. During this time (taking into account 2025), 15 fire trucks, 5 mobile fire extinguishing posts and 12 motorized fire pumps were handed over to the winners and prize-winners of the competition.
Large-scale team competitions were held at the stadium, where the national Tatar holiday Sabantuy takes place. The leadership of the Pestrechinsky municipal district, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, TRO VDPO organized a real celebration for participants, guests and local residents.
The ceremony continued with the awarding of distinguished volunteer firefighters.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the competition itself began. The races were held on two tracks. After the start, the participants overcame a fence and a fire boom on the run, after which they provided first aid to the victim – they put a corset on his neck and a splint on his leg, then they reached the stage where they had to put on firefighter's combat clothes. After that, the participants ran to the fire engine pump, laid fire hoses to the water source, turned on the pump and knocked out special targets with a jet of water.
The best time to overcome all stages of the race was shown by the traffic police of the Bogorodskoye rural settlement of the Pestrechinsky district. As the main prize, they got the ARS-14 fire truck.
The second result was achieved by the DPO unit of the Tukayevsky municipal district. They got a mobile fire extinguishing post on the trailer chassis. The top three winners were rounded out by representatives of the Military industrial complex of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, who received a motor pump for their success.
