Russian EMERCOM helicopter in the ranks of the first "Immortal regiment in the sky"
For the first time, in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, a helicopter with a portrait of Hero of the Soviet Union Mikhail Devyataev took off into the Kazan sky. The portrait of Mikhail Petrovich and the St. George ribbon were placed on board a helicopter of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. In full dress, the aircraft flew over the capital of Tatarstan as part of the unique campaign "Immortal Regiment in the Sky".
This year, the Russian Helicopters Holding Company of Rostec State Corporation is holding the Immortal Regiment in the Sky campaign for the first time, with about 15 aircraft from all over the country participating in the campaign. The main idea of the project was to honor the memory of the heroic pilots of the Great Patriotic War and bring them back to their element - the sky. Images of famous heroes of aerial battles and operations, stormtroopers and strikes against the enemy again swept through the clouds in cars.
