Republican competitions were held on the territory of the Maidan Square in Naberezhnye Chelny as part of the 1st stage of the review competition of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia "The best team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for emergency rescue operations in the elimination of accidents on motor transport." They were held among the divisions of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the search and rescue teams of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
7 strongest teams took part in the annual competitions for emergency rescue operations in the aftermath of an accident.
According to the conditions of the competition, each of the teams had to quickly and competently evacuate the victims from the car involved in a conditional accident and provide them with first aid.
The participants of the competition rescued extras from the mangled cars. In addition, all the teams passed the theory test, answering questions from specially prepared tickets. Penalty seconds were added to the team's base time for each mistake.

1st place - 72 fire and rescue units of the 15th fire and rescue squad of the FFS of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic
2nd place – RT RF EMERCOM MD FFS SFS 8 SRS 53 SRU
3rd place - 65 of the fire and rescue unit 11 of the fire and rescue squad of the FFS SFS of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan
