Solemn event dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day
The leadership and staff of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the event dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day.
More than 2.5 thousand people from all cities and districts of Tatarstan gathered for the concert in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day at Kazan Expo: participants and veterans of the Russian Military, internationalist soldiers, participants in various military conflicts, representatives of law enforcement and law enforcement agencies, as well as members of their families.
"Defenders of the Motherland are brave people who have assumed responsibility for the fate of their country, for its peaceful and secure future. Performing military duty and combat missions is associated with high risk. Unfortunately, it is not complete without losses. The exploits of the fallen defenders of the Fatherland will forever remain in our hearts," said Rustam Minnikhanov.
The Rais of Tatarstan expressed his gratitude to all the defenders of the Fatherland and congratulated them on the upcoming holiday. Then he presented a number of state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. After that, the concert took place.
